Helichrysum Plant is one of the most valuable plant species with many different benefits. In addition to its therapeutic properties in many diseases, it can also be preferred as a preservative.

Helichrysum helps smooth both skin tone and texture, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and its emollient properties help keep skin hydrated.

It also makes it easier to lose weight by providing a feeling of fullness. It is good for heartburn problems like gastritis.

Helichrysum has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. These mean it may help kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi that can cause infections. The anti-inflammatory properties of helichrysum could reduce symptoms related to an infection, such as swelling, pain, and redness.

 

To make an infusion, place 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb in a tea infuser or teapot or mug for each cup of tea you intend to brew. Cover with boiling water. Place on the lid (or cover your cup with a saucer). Allow the mixture to steep for 10 'to 15' minutes or overnight. Then strain the tea and serve. Drink 1-3 cups of tea a day Add if you want honey, milk or lemon wedge for flavour.
Immortelle is likely safe for most people when used in medicinal amounts short – term. It may cause colic (stomach cramps) in people with gallstones. Don’t use immortelle if you have a blocked bile duct, because immortelle might stimulate the flow of bile. In any case you should consult with your doctor before using any herb especially if you have health problems.
