Description
After plucking, the leaves are left to wilt. The Chinese believe that wilting brings out the natural aroma in the leaves. Then the tea is roasted in an iron pot and hand-rolled.
This green tea with the large leaves is dried in large pans, the famous wok.
Its color refers to black tea but it is green.
It tastes slightly smoked.
Place the filled tea strainer or sieve into an empty mug or cup. Pour the heated water into the mug, over the tea leaves. Steep the tea leaves for 2 - 3 minutes but not any longer, or else your tea will become slightly bitter. Let your tea cool down for a few moments and enjoy your perfect cup of green tea.
No side effects
